Fantastic service!! I finally got a mini split AC system in my house and couldn't have found a better company to help me out! Not only the front desk staff that answered all questions, emails and phone calls promptly and they were all beyond friendly and courteous. The installer was fantastic, and answered all questions both before and after my installation date. Payment was quick and easy and many different ways to pay. The quote and prices given were reasonable and competitive. Would definitely recommended them to anyone with any cooling and heating needs!
Keith Sr was wonderful! He's very knowledgeable and very kind. He was early the first time he came out and he made a special stop to fix my AC unit the second time just days later. Excellent work! Keith and his team finished a 3 day AC install with upgraded electrical box in 2 days. Professionally conducted workmanship with a price tag a thousand dollars less than competitors. Highly recommend if you want a good job done at a good value!
I cannot say enough good things about Keith. I needed to have my 33-year-old furnace and AC replaced, and was struggling with the contractor that my home warranty company sent out, not to mention the prices that I was quoted from a few other companies. Keith came highly recommended from my parents, who also used him two years ago for their furnace and AC replacement. Keith was always quick to respond to phone calls and texts, and really took the time to explain my options. I was convinced I was going to go through my home warranty company, but when Keith sent me his quote, I didn't hesitate to hire him. It was hard to pass on the warranties and financing options he offered, as well as the super affordable price. I told him that I wanted to proceed on Tuesday, and by Thursday afternoon, I had a new furnace, AC unit, and smart thermostat installed and working. Him, Keith Sr, and Reid arrived, on time, the day of installation, were super friendly guys, and left my home in the condition they found it. Keith's quote included the cleaning of my air ducts, which I thought was a nice addition. He could have just passed it off as a "built in" service, but when he found out that I had just had it done a week prior, he deducted the amount from my final bill. It is the upfront honesty like that, that separates the amazing businesses from the "just ok" businesses. That is how you gain customers for life. Like I said, I cannot say enough good things about Keith and Strive Heating & Cooling, and will continue to recommend him to anyone that has heating and cooling needs.
