No air conditioning for 3 days because of storm. Keith came around 7:30 pm after a long day of repairs. He fixed the unit got it running and now dealing with him to replace a 24 year old unit. My first experience with them, got a referral from my neighbor. They kept their word and came and seem very trustworthy. Thank you again.

I have always used Strive heating and Air for my HVAC needs. They also found a leak in my hot water pipe and fixed that for me as well. From first contacting them, till wrapping up the job everything was seemless. Straight forward, broken down estimates and suggestions on appropriate sizing of a new system. Smoked everyone on cost of a much better rated/quality, high SEER2 multi zone mini split system install. Everyone during install was quick, cleaned up, trustworthy, and professional. Anytime I texted or called I got an immediate response for any questions I had. The company also uses up to date technology that sends you notifications when they are enroute, finishing up for the day, etc. I will 100% continue to use them for service in the future. I spoke to 5 companies before I was referred to Strive by a friend and I can not be more happy we found found them.
Strive did an EXCELLENT job replacing our duct work. Our upstairs was cold in the winter and hot in the summer due to the poor circulation of air from old duct work. Strive replaced it at a great price and we couldnt be happier!

My ac was not working properly and I already had one company out earlier in day that said they couldn't come back to acesss the issues for 3 days. I called Strive and they were out in the new few hours and my ac was working nicely before bedtime. I have had a few questions since and they have been able to address them through pictures and FaceTime.
