I've had my rounds with HVAC technicians who did not truly know how to do their job but I was pleasantly surprised with Keith from Strive. He said what he could do and he did it. He obviously knew his business, performed the installation and adjustments and tested the performance. He's someone I will call again and refer to friends and family.
