Keith and team showed up as expected on time they laid down floor protection and got to work. They installed a new propane furnace and a new a/c unit as well as a new thermostat! Keith was very knowledgeable about both the new unit and the old unit he was able to diagnose the problem with the old unit before even arriving and was able to give me a good suggestion on which new units to buy. Aubrey in the office kept us very informed and in the loop the entire time. These guys did a perfect clean up and if I don’t mention already they got here fast. From the time I called till the time they finished it took 9 days. If I could leave ten stars I would. ⭐️. Keith did make one mistake during the job…..he ordered a part that was wrong and I thought would have cost me more money however he was HONEST and gave me a refund for the difference and went and picked up the new piece immediately! You don’t ever find a company that does that these days. I can’t thank these guys enough what a great company!
